Met Engineering’s Warranty or Guarantee
With regard to goods supplied by or through the company,
Met Engineering Limited warrants that it will replace
or repair any goods provided that show proper use defects
within 12 months of supply, subject to notification
of such defect being made to Met Engineering Limited
within 12 months of despatch.
Where a particular manufacturer’s warranty, applied
to specific goods, exceeds a period of 12 months then
this greater period will apply provided that the manufacturer’s
guidance has been followed regarding the application,
use and maintenance of the goods.
With regard to provided services, Met Engineering Limited
warrants that its engineers, technicians and other operatives
will excercise the utmost professional care in performing
any engineering task. Should any instrument, equipment
or system fail or malfunction as a result of inadequate
servicing by an operative of Met Engineering Limited
within a period of 12 months from the date of the service,
then the instrument, equipment or system will be restored
to full serviceability at no extra cost to the customer
or client provided that the recommended maintenance
schedule for that instrument, equipment or system has
been followed since commissioning.
