MetEngUK is primarily a systems integrator rather than a manufacturer, although some specialised items are constructed in-house for incorporation in larger systems.
The company has well-established relationships with several of the world’s leading manufacturers of professional meteorological equipment, and it maintains a comprehensive, up-to-date library of readily available instrumentation to meet most serious applications.
Once equipment has been identified and sourced, MetEngUK can customise and configure the system components to suit site-specific or application-specific purposes. A range of engineering services then becomes available, including:
- Site identification and preparation including ‘civils’ management
- Equipment installation and commissioning
- Routine and emergency servicing
- Laboratory or on-site sensor calibration
- Trouble-shooting and repair
