A new airfield wind system for Exeter Airport

Exeter Airport, the busiest regional airport in SW England, has placed an order with MetEngUK for a replacement airfield wind system.

The installation and commissioning of the new wind system, including three sets of airfield sensors, is based around Vaisala’s WD50 averaging wind display units. The installation work was completed on 8 June 2006.
