Liverpool John Lennon Airport chooses MetEngUK as service provider

A team from Met Engineering Limited visited Liverpool Airport in January 2009 to assess the servicing and calibration requirements for the operational meteorological systems. Later that month the company was pleased to receive a firm order for the supply, installation and commissioning of an independent backup airfield temperature and humidity system. This was followed by further orders to complete the annual routine servicing of all installed meteorological equipment, and to resolve longstanding errors with cloud height measurement and temperature systems. By mid-March 2009, all work had been completed and all systems were fully operational.
